The handle can be locked in place to hold rings open or closed for easier installation and removal. Change tips to use a different size or angle (installation tool is not included). 16″ long pliers require a #2 slotted screwdriver. 22″ and 22 1/2″ long pliers require a 5/32″ hex key.
