The 7118420 Unloader Valve replacement kit with hardware is a replacement modular unloader valve to replace the previous style Banjo Bolt series AAA unloaders.
This new style unloader replacement kit with hardware features a new interior design for more efficient flow & operation. A fatigue resistant spring with powder paint is installed to resist rusting.
This Unloader is designed to respond to an increase in pressure and a change in flow or for variable pressure adjustment.

Vibration resistant dual locking nuts for setting maximum pressures

Shutter valve hex design means less contact area for smooth shifting, prevents binding, larger size for longer life more positive shifting

Ultra-thick inlet and discharge ports for added strength
